Put your HR advice into everyday practice

You help clients improve onboarding, HR policies and employee development. But after you've given your advice, the agreed actions can end up scattered across documents and inboxes. WorkVine gives HR, managers and employees one place to turn those plans into action.

Does this sound familiar?

You don't need to change your client's entire HR setup. Start with a recurring problem that stops your advice from being put into practice.

Every new colleague gets a different start

The onboarding plan is sound, but tasks, documents and training have to be gathered again for each new employee. Make the agreed approach repeatable and clarify who is responsible for each step.

Development conversations don't lead to action

The goals are clear, but the next step isn't. A personal development plan with milestones and feedback at each milestone helps the employee and manager keep moving forward together.

HR processes rely on disconnected forms

Your client has their own questions and approach to employee conversations. WorkVine can turn existing HR forms into digital versions that people can complete, read, comment on and acknowledge.

Put your advice into practice

Turn a development conversation into a clear next step

For example, you might support a manager who discusses development but has little visibility of progress between meetings. Here's how that conversation can become part of everyday practice.

  1. You help define a meaningful goal

Help the employee define what they want to learn, why it matters and how they will recognize progress. You provide the professional guidance; the software does not assess the employee.

  2. The employee and manager agree on milestones

They record the goal, target date and practical steps in WorkVine. Both work from the same shared plan.

  3. Keep the next steps with the goal

Questions, feedback, actions and documents sit alongside the relevant milestone. The manager doesn't have to gather scattered messages before the next conversation.

For your next client conversation

Four questions to help you find a starting point

Use these questions to identify one practical improvement. An introduction to WorkVine can then focus on the client's needs, rather than a tour of features.

  • Which agreed HR actions most often go unfinished?
  • Who needs to take the next step after the conversation?
  • Where can employees find the plan and actions agreed with them?
  • What should be visible at the next review?

Your expertise comes first

You provide the advice

You advise on policy, conversations, expectations and the right approach for the client. You can stay involved in delivering that work or simply make the introduction.

WorkVine helps put the approach into practice

We show the relevant features, help with setup and provide product support. You don't have to answer every product question yourself.

The client takes responsibility

HR, managers and employees carry out the agreed actions. The client decides who has access and who is responsible for follow-up.

Good to know

Questions from HR professionals

Here are the key points. We're happy to talk through your situation.

Do I have to manage the full implementation?

No. You can introduce WorkVine and leave the product walkthrough and setup to us. If you want to stay involved in policy, employee conversations or change management, we'll agree on that role upfront.

Can my client keep using their own HR forms?

Yes. The content of their current forms can be the starting point. WorkVine can create digital versions with questions, answers, feedback and confirmation that the employee has read them. We discuss the setup with you; this is not an automatic import or a self-service form builder.

Do I automatically get access to my client's employee records?

No. Joining the partner programme does not itself grant access to employee data. The client decides your role and what access the engagement requires.

Does an acknowledgment mean the employee agrees with the assessment?

No. Confirming that something has been read does not mean agreeing with every part of an assessment. The discussion, any feedback and electronic signing remain separate steps.

Which HR plan needs help becoming reality?

Bring a familiar client challenge, such as onboarding or follow-up after development conversations. We'll show you where WorkVine can help and agree on your role.
