Getting started, support and additional charges

Are there implementation costs?

We help you get started. Standard implementation and initial guidance are included for a typical setup. If you need more extensive assistance, such as training your entire organization, we agree the approach and any additional costs with you in advance.

What support is included?

Help with using WorkVine is included. We work with a designated contact in your organization who gathers questions from users and handles routine settings and small changes internally. If you need more hands-on support, we'll agree on the arrangements with you.

How do monthly billing and annual prepayment work?

With monthly billing, you pay €6 per active employee per month and can cancel monthly. Pay for 12 months upfront and the rate is €5 per active employee per month. At the end of that period, you can pay for another 12 months upfront or switch to monthly billing at €6. If you leave earlier, the unused part of the prepaid period is non-refundable. All prices exclude VAT.

How much does electronic signing cost?

Electronic signing starts at €1 per signature request, depending on volume. These usage charges are additional to your platform subscription. Prepare agreements in WorkVine and send them for electronic signature.

Keep schedules, availability, clock-in records, recorded hours and manager approvals connected.

Leave and sick leave case management

Leave requests, sick leave notifications, scheduled check-ins, tasks, and Dutch Wet verbetering poortwachter (WvP) case steps are available to authorized HR staff and managers.

Employee records, documents, and qualifications

Employee data, documents, evidence, credentials, and expiration dates stay linked to the relevant employee record.

Training, development, and reviews

Keep each employee's training, certificates, development plans, performance reviews and agreed actions together.

Communication and actions

Updates, team communication, tasks, and acknowledgements no longer need to be split across separate channels.

Reports and employee feedback

Reports can cover scheduling, time, sick leave, training, and employee survey results.
