Who it's for

For professionals their clients turn to for advice

You don't need to become a WorkVine salesperson. You spot what an organization needs and introduce us.

Accountants, bookkeepers and payroll providers

Firms that help clients keep employee records, staff changes and timesheets in order, alongside their accounting and payroll services.

Spot the opportunity

When is WorkVine a good fit for your client?

When information is spread across spreadsheets, inboxes and separate apps, coordinating work takes more time. WorkVine brings HR, scheduling and day-to-day employee processes together in one modular platform. Each organization uses the parts it needs.

Scheduling and HR are out of sync

Bring schedules, availability, leave, absence and timesheet checks into the same workflow.

How we work together

You make the introduction. We take it from there.

You can make the introduction or stay involved as the client gets started. We agree on your role for each client.

  1. We get to know each other

We discuss your clients and services, introduce you to WorkVine and set out our working relationship in a partner agreement.

  2. You refer an organization

We record the organization you refer. The referral is attributed to you once WorkVine has accepted it, so everyone knows who made the introduction.

  3. WorkVine handles the next steps

We can handle the initial meeting, demo and proposal. The client contracts directly with WorkVine, and we take care of setup, billing and support.

  4. You earn referral fees

Once the client meets the programme conditions, you earn fees based on their billed users. Fees are settled quarterly, once the corresponding client payments have been received.

Your referral fee

A clear referral fee that grows with your clients.

€1per billed user per month

For each client, you receive €1 per billed user per month. One clear fee, with no tiers or partner levels.

You start earning once a client reaches 15 billed users. If that number falls later, you continue to receive a fee for the actual number of billed users.

We pay you quarterly, based on the client payments WorkVine has received. Any credits and adjustments are included in the calculation. The fee excludes VAT, where applicable.

Clear terms from the start

The partner agreement and WorkVine Partner Programme Terms and Conditions set out referral acceptance, fees and what happens when the partnership ends. You'll receive these before joining.

Questions about the partnership

Here are the key points. We're happy to talk through your situation.

Can I simply make an introduction?

Yes. You can simply introduce a client or remain involved as their advisor. We agree on responsibilities for each client, who signs their software agreement directly with WorkVine.

When is a referral attributed to me?

The referral must be fully registered and accepted by WorkVine. Existing clients, known leads and organizations already in an active sales process are excluded. If multiple partners refer the same organization, the first received and accepted registration generally takes priority. Acceptance alone does not create an entitlement to fees.

Can I refer a client with fewer than 15 users?

Yes. You become eligible for fees once that client reaches 15 billed users. From that point, fees are based on the actual number of users. If the number later drops below 15, your entitlement continues subject to the other programme conditions.

Do I need to send an invoice?

No. We use self-billing: WorkVine prepares the statement on your behalf, and you check it. Payments are made quarterly, provided the corresponding client invoices have been paid.

What happens if the partnership ends?

If the partnership ends under the standard termination terms, fees for clients you previously referred may continue while they remain active and paying, subject to the other conditions. Exceptions include business closure, fraud or misuse. A client with no active and/or paying users for four consecutive months is treated as having left the programme. If they return, your entitlement to fees is not automatically restored.

Am I responsible for client support?

WorkVine handles setup, billing and support. You can stay involved as an advisor or help with implementation, with your role agreed in advance. You don't need to answer every product question yourself.
