Can you arrange our full payroll administration?
Yes. WorkVine can arrange full payroll administration through specialist payroll partners. This is a separate service from an API connection to existing payroll software. We agree in advance which work the partner will handle and the associated costs.
What does the starting price of €3.90 cover?
The starting price of €3.90 covers one payslip per payroll run. It is not an all-inclusive price for payroll administration. Additional services are priced according to the agreed scope of work.
Can WorkVine connect to our payroll software?
Yes. WorkVine can connect to any payroll system with the required API access. Examples include Nmbrs, Loket.nl, AFAS, Exact Online Salaris, YouServe, Youforce, ADP and SD Worx. We agree the data transfer to suit your software and payroll process.
Which data is transferred?
The integration is based on approved hours. We agree which hour types and fields are exchanged according to your payroll system’s API. Leave and sickness records provide context when reviewing hours; this does not mean every case file or change is automatically transferred.
Who checks hours before payroll processing?
The manager reviews outstanding daily records in WorkVine and approves the hour types and amounts. The hours report shows the final hours and who approved them. Payroll then works from this checked set of records.
What happens if hours differ or a record is rejected?
The manager can open the daily record to investigate a discrepancy before deciding. Approval and rejection are final statuses. A processed record cannot be changed through the normal approval flow; any necessary correction must use the appropriate correction process.
Do we need to change payroll software or accountant?
No. An API connection lets you keep your current payroll software and payroll administrator or accountant. If you prefer to outsource payroll administration, WorkVine can arrange this through specialist payroll partners.
What do you need to set up the integration?
